Our FORMSAll persons coming to auditions are required to complete both forms below. The online audition form lets us know you are coming. The medical form must be completed for safety reasons. If either of these forms is not completed prior to auditions, you will be required to fill them out when you arrive.

Our AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Our ENSEMBLE FEESThe 2012 Elements ensemble fees are $650. This fee is used to cover staffing, uniforms (including shoes), MEPA circuit fees, WGI circuit fees, group insurance, and transportation costs of equipment. There is a one-time non-refundable $25 audition fee that will be put toward your member fees should you be offered a contract with the ensemble. This audition fee must be paid when you come to auditions, no exceptions. Can I Lower My Fees? Elements will offer several fundraisers for you to participate in. There will be some fundraisers that are required and others that are optional. By participating in the optional fundraisers, you will be able to potentially pay your fees without giving us any money from your pocket. |
